1. Go to Happy Hour drink?
First thing in the morning I like coffee with coconut cream. I don’t drink alcohol so that’s my happy hour drink ☺.
2. What’s one item you have to take in every handbag?
My phone, I can’t go anywhere wihtou ti and @narsissist lipstick.
4. What are your top self-care tips?
Get enough sleep, drink enough water, a bit of exercise everyday and saying no to things that demand too much of my time.
5. What are you reading, watching, listening to?
I’m reading mind to matter by Dawson Church, watching Being Human, listening to Esther Perel – Can We Talk.
6. What advice would you give to your teenage self?
Don’t worry about where you are now because your life will be better than you could ever imahine and all the success you get will have nothing to do with whether you pass your exams or not.
7. What advice would you give to other women trying to get into/working in your industry?
Be brave, think outside the box, and realise that being a great therapist has a lot to do with intuition and instinct as much as your qualifications.
8. What’s been your biggest challenge so far?
I created my own brand of therapy and now I teach it to other and my biggest challenge is that people don’t believe you can become a great therapist in 6 months as opposed to 4 years – but you can.
9. What drives you?
I want my legacy to be that I changed the world of therapy and made it better.
10. Who inspires you?
Many therapists that have gone before me. Gill Boyne, David Viscott, Tony Robbins, Louise Hay.
11. What’s next for you?
I’ve got a new book coming out and I’m continuing to train new people all over the world and taking my RTT method into schools, prisons and hospitals.
12. What’s your favourite Stone & Mason product?

With skinny jeans, ankle boots and a buttery, leather jacket.
