UK orders will be shipped between Monday to Friday within 48 Hours. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following week.
EUROPE SHIPPING £10
Average delivery time: 3-5 working days. Orders must be over £80.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING £15
Average delivery time: 5-7 working days. Orders must be over £80.
Please note that shipments outside the UK may incur duties and taxes on your purchased items. These are not included in your Stone & Mason invoice and we are not responsible for these costs. Should you reject a delivery due to these charges, the cost of returning the item back to us will be deducted from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the goods, no refund will be given and the shipping company will dispose of the goods.
Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that all returns sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Stone&Mason cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Stone&Mason will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised leather products.

If your item is faulty upon receiving it please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as your order is received, within our 14 day policy. If you notify us after the 14 day return period of items being faulty, we are NOT able to offer an exchange or refund.
Faulty items returned to us within the 14 day returns period will be reviewed by our in house quality control team and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days.
If the item is deemed faulty it will be replaced if there is a replacement in stock and available. If the item is out of stock we will be in touch with the Customer, and they may decide whether they would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange.
UK ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
Please email email@example.com if you wish to return an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless faulty/damaged items are received by the Customer. Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until received by Stone & Mason. The refund/exchange will not be processed until we have received the returned order. Please note Stone & Mason does not accept liability for your returned order.

All returns within the EU or Rest of The World are at your own cost. When making the return pleaser affix the returns address label on to the outside of the box.
