Delivery guaranteed next working day for orders placed by 2.00 pm GMT. Please note: Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday.

EUROPE SHIPPING £20

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING £30

Please note that shipments outside the EU may incur duties and taxes on your purchased items. These are not included in your Stone & Mason invoice and we are not responsible for these costs. Should you reject a delivery due to these charges, the cost of returning the item back to us will be deducted from your refund. If the cost of returning the item is greater than the cost of the goods, no refund will be given and the shipping company will dispose of the goods.

 

RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise in a new and saleable condition may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of delivery. Items must be accompanied by the original documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please ensure that all returns sent to our Customer Service dept are handled by an insured carrier. Stone&Mason cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Stone&Mason will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.

Any goods that are returned outside of the return period, damaged or worn or sent without the original documentation will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for personalised leather products.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If your item is faulty upon receiving it please contact us on info@stone-and-mason.com as soon as your order is received, within our 14 day policy. If you notify us after the 14 day return period of items being faulty, we are NOT able to offer an exchange or refund.

Faulty items returned to us within the 14 day returns period will be reviewed by our in house quality control team and the customer will be notified of an update within 3-5 working days.

If the item is deemed faulty it will be replaced if there is a replacement in stock and available. If the item is out of stock we will be in touch with the Customer, and they may decide whether they would prefer to receive a refund or to exchange.

 

UK ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS

We provide a DHL airway bill slip in your parcel for complimentary 14-day returns for our customers within the UK. To make a return, simply afix one of the two slips provided, to your parcel and give the other to your DHL driver.  Then please call DHL on 0844-2480844 to arrange collection.

 

EU AND REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS PROCESS

All returns within the EU or Rest of The World are at your own cost. When making the return pleaser affix the returns address label on to the outside of the box. Stone & Mason cannot be held liable for any returned items that fail to arrive. Stone & Mason will not be liable for any customs or duties charges incurred when returning goods.
